When claiming your flash you’ll be asked to fill out a form that includes your contact info, customization preferences , and availability. Every flash is listed at $0, but requires a $100 nonrefundable deposit that can be placed as soon as Kay gets in contact with you.

All flash have a set price listed at their minimum size. You can find this in their descriptions. If you wish a tattoo to be much larger than what’s recommended, additional charges may be applicable and will be discussed before your appointment.

After claiming your flash at checkout — Kay will get back to you within 1-3 business days via email. If you are trying to get in ASAP, please consider sending a follow up email or walking in during shop hours!

Pricing

Prices are determined by the complexity and size of a design. All flash have their price set to their minimum/recommended size in their descriptions. If you wish your tattoo to be much larger than what’s recommended, additional charges may be applicable. How much more a tattoo may cost depends on the complexity of the design alongside how much larger you are requesting. Kay strongly suggests considering your preferred size before setting your deposit so there aren’t any surprises at your appointment.

Deposits

All deposits are $100 (unless final price) which goes towards the total cost of your tattoo. Deposits will be made over email once Kay gets in contact with you.

Please keep in mind all deposits are nonrefundable.

Final Price Tattoos

All flash listed under “Final Price” are Kay’s minimum of $100, so deposits are not required. It’s a trust system — so please stick to your appointment!

Payment

Remaining payments can be done with cash or card. Bringing in cash is ALWAYS recommended and preferred!

Final price tattoos are tiny tats and/or designs that have been circulating for awhile and are about to retire because they haven’t gotten claimed yet. All flash listed under “Final Price” are $100 total, and are the only flash that does not require a deposit because they’re already at Kay’s minimum.

You cannot customize the size of final price flash, but you can always switch up the color palette.

Appointments are standardly available at 11am or 3pm. If it works better for your schedule to come at a different time, let Kay know!
